Access rights

Access rights and permissions can be managed from a pc with an easy-to-use interface and a range of permissions.

Multi-tenant sites. This restricts operators to administrator privileges within an office for when multiple businesses share a property.

Also, creating groups duplicates access permissions for specific areas or departments.

With the use of Anti-passback, you can prevent staff from sharing tokens with the addition of temporary access for visitors with access and time restrictions.

Emergency lockdown functionality grants the ability to secure a site instantly in a single button press in the event of an emergency. This grants access to only specified security personnel (Net2 only).

Dual authentication. The ability to set doors to require a pin or biometric authentication in addition to token access. This can restrict storage to sensitive areas such as storage and server rooms.

Automated security

With the addition of automation, security system functionality can be customised to suit your building and save time.

Roll call. An automatic roll call report can be generated when a fire alarm goes off, helping identify who is safe upon evacuation. Auto expiration. Previously indicated token expiration, such as visitor cards, can be configured to allow temporary staff access at restricted dates and times.

System Integration

Integration with other systems can simplify your security system and increase your protection. Integration with intruder alarms allows you to control intruder access alarms across your site and reduce the risk of false alarms. Fire alarm systems can program doors to automatically open in the event of the fire, aiding in your staff’s exit of the building.

Also, CCTV footage can be used to link with access control to increase the effectiveness of the system. Lift control utilising the lift system, the system can be configured to control access in lifts and to individual floors (Net2 only).
