I’ve been very happy with the system that was fitted in February this year and was impressed with the professionalism of your sales and installation staff, all of whom were polite, thorough and helpful. Earlier this week the alarm triggered whilst I was not at home (thankfully it was a false alarm caused by a neighbourhood cat). I was really grateful for your staff member (Lisa) taking the time to call me straight away to notify me, even though we don’t have a contract in place stating that Hewes are to notify me on activation. This additional level of customer care really impressed me and helped me to deal with the situation quickly. Following this incident, I have passed on to friends how impressed I’ve been with Hewes, and how happy I am that I chose to use Hewes for my alarm system.
